The Vineyard Camp is an interdenominational ministry for children and youth. We are a non-profit (501(c) 3) corporation unaffiliated with any other organization including those bearing the name Vineyard Churches, Vineyard Music, and Vineyard Ministries. The Vineyard was founded in 1983 and includes a Board of Directors who meet regularly to help fulfill the camp founder’s (Dean Barley) vision and ministry. The Vineyard is a conservative, evangelical, international camp, retreat center, and ministry that operates out of Westfield, North Carolina.

Vineyard is a non-denominational Camp that accepts any well-behaved girl or boy, five to sixteen years old, from any nation or religion, race, color, or nationality. For 35 years we have shared the Christian faith through a balanced schedule of skill instruction, recreation, and brief devotions. We are accredited by the BBB/Better Business Bureau, and the Christian Camp and Conference Association.

2025 Camp Sessions Session I

August 3rd – 9th 2025

Cost

• Camp Fee $1,750.00 (Accommodation and meals)
• Air Ticket $1,800.00 (Return Ticket)
• Visa $285.00 (Tourist)
• Travel Insurance $200.00
• miscellaneous: $960.00 (This includes airport pickup, store purchases, weekend trips)
• Total $4995.00

The rate includes airport transfers, store purchases, and weekend trips.

Each country is allocated 50 kids slots and 5 -10 (Chaperone/ Adult) to accompany them.

Bromley & Kentley is the agent for Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, Democratic Republic of Congo and South Sudan.

CAMP ACTIVITIES:

Tennis, water skiing, hiking, horse riding, archery, body toning and many more fun activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

•  August 1st – 2nd 2025: Travel to the USA.
• Camp dates: August 3rd-9th  2025.
• 9th Trip back to home country.
• Duration: 5/6 days
• 5 days of fun-filled in-camp activities and evening excursions
• Ages: 6-17 years (must not have turned 18 by Camp dates)
• Chaperone: For every 10 young people one adult will accompany them (18 years old is an adult and can be a Chaperone)

VISA:

• Passport (valid and with pages for stamp). Please sign your passport.
• 2 passport pictures (Hard Copy for Embassy, taken professionally)
• Parental consent forms filled.
• Parent/Guardian accompanying to visa interview (preferably father where possible or with authority to travel from father)
